This qualification provides enabling competencies to design and validate/evaluate electrical equipment and systems and provide technical advice/sales. You will learn about programmable logic controllers using the industry-based system Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), electricity design, motor control, computer programming and software applications.

You will also be taught how to diagnose faults or malfunctions in electrical systems and provide alternative approaches or solutions.
