Certificate II in Health Support Services

This qualification will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to work in a hospital environment assisting patients and carrying out a range of routine work in a health service setting.  You will learn effective workplace communication, follow workplace occupation health and safety policies and comply with infection control.  At this level workers complete tasks under supervision involving known routines and procedures or complete routine but variable tasks in collaboration with others in a team environment.
