When you complete the Certificate IV in Asian Cookery you will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively lead a team in an Asian kitchen and learn how to plan, prepare and cook food using Asian methods. 

The foods you will make include sushi, sashimi, desserts, sauces and accompaniments. You will produce dishes for different cultural and dietary requirements and learn about cleaning, first aid, food safety programs, managing workplace conflict, hygiene and workplace health and safety.
