This qualification will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to work as a builder and manager of a small-medium building business dealing with low rise construction projects.  Completing this course will help you gain the diverse range of skills needed to plan and supervise construction work and prepare, cost and schedule a contract.  You will apply these skills to low rise residential and commercial constructions.
