When you complete this qualification, you will gain the practical skills and knowledge to assemble, test, maintain and troubleshoot a range of electronic components and devices. You will develop your skills to fault-find power supplies, amplifiers, communications systems, digital and microcontroller systems. You will write and test programs to control external devices and utilise workplace health and safety and sustainability practices.

Dual qualification: a second qualification in A132 UEE40111 Certificate IV in Computer Systems is possible as a result of overlapping course units.
