You will develop the theoretical knowledge and specialised, technical and managerial skills to plan, execute and evaluate your own work or the work of a team.

With the Diploma of Business Administration, you will be able to work as an administration manager or office manager. You will gain a strong theory base and develop specialised, technical and managerial skills that will allow you to carry out and evaluate your work and the work of other staff members.

If you have recently completed Year 12 but do not have experience in the industry, you are not eligible for this course. You will have to complete the Cert IV qualification before enrolling in the Diploma of Business Administration.

During this course you will learn how to:

·         Plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and/or the work of a team

·         Manage general administration processes

·         Understand administration systems and projects

·         Manage meetings and conferences
