• Mentoring Skills: Gain the ability to support social, community, and employment outcomes.
• Cultural Knowledge: Understand Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identity and cultural protocols.
• Communication: Develop inclusive and culturally appropriate interpersonal skills.
• Networking & Negotiation: Learn to effectively network and negotiate within diverse communities.
• Mentoring Process: Master the steps to initiate, establish, and close mentoring relationships. 

Potential students may be required to obtain the following before attending work experience: 

• Working with Children’s Check
• National Police Clearance
