A Certificate III in Fishing Operations will give you the skills to work as a deckhand on a commercial fishing vessel. Learn a broad range of processes and procedures which may include vessel handling, using electronic fishing aids, navigation, charter operations, commercial fishing techniques and basic fisheries management and marine science knowledge.
You will gain knowledge and skills in:

· Applying coastal navigation and meteorology skills
