This qualification will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to develop, coordinate, coach and officiate in a wide range of sports.
You will gain skills and knowledge in planning and conducting projects for sport and recreational activities for young people/athletes in schools, and planning coaching sessions for a wide range of junior sports. This course will also teach you how to recruit volunteers, seek sponsorships and market to stakeholders. You will also learn about OHS and Sport Law for events.
As part of this qualification you will undertake a supervised work placement where you will apply the skills and knowledge you have learned.
