This is a nationally recognised course and is a perfect pathway if you want to prepare to move into more senior roles such as a team leader or follow your dreams to start your own gardening or landscaping small business. 

Be guided by our expert lecturers who are industry professionals as you learn to plan and facilitate programs and cost out a project to work within a budget. You'll develop your skills in identifying plant specimens, soil health, recommending plants, performing specialist amenity pruning, plant establishment and designing plant displays, bringing your creative flair. In addition, this course will provide you with skills in supervising projects and operations, as well as team routines and performance.

This qualification is delivered with a specialisation in surveying  and on graduation you will receive a Certificate IV in Surveying and Spatial Information Services (Surveying).

During your studies, you will learn how to use surveying technologies and software to capture, process and present electronic data. You will also have access to surveying equipment in order to produce computer-aided drawings and survey plans so that you can prepare and present Geographic Information System (GIS) data.
