During this training you will learn the foundations of Aviation and gain key skills to perform an integral role which helps to ensure the smooth and safe running of airports around the clock, along with the highest delivery of service to customers.

This qualification will give you an entry point in working in ground operations across a multitude of industries, and can also lead to supervisory and management opportunities.

The course is also offered as a workplace traineeship to new and existing workers in airport ground operations.

A career as an operator in the Civil construction industry provides a diverse working environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be required to apply a broad range of skills, and provide theoretical advice and support to a team. When you complete the Certificate III in Patisserie you will have the skills to work as a patissier or pastry chef in a patisserie, café, restaurant or hotel.

You will gain the knowledge and skills in our training kitchens to work fast and effectively in a commercial kitchen team and plan, prepare and bake mouth-watering cakes, tarts, petits fours, pastries, yeast goods and chocolates.

You will also learn about cleaning and sanitisation, food safety programs, personal and environmental hygiene, and workplace health and safety.

You'll also develop skills in using computerised accounting software including MYOB and XERO, as well as performing payroll procedures and producing reports.
